However, New, more environmentally friendly materials which have similar performance are in urgent.

Coat as resistant as possible to UV, ozone, oil, acids, bases and waterproof
- Pressure-tight from 10 – 50 bar water column (perhaps also longitudinally water-tight over swelling material)
- Temperature resistant from 0 – 100 degrees Celsius
the coat must be compatible to allow for bonding with polyurethane
We were very interested for project as it’s the first time for us to know such demand, our technical department analyzed customer’s demand carefully and determined that none of the materials in stock are suitable, and then purchase department started to seek the suitable material from our suppliers, and fortunately TPU was found
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a melt-processable thermoplastic elastomer with high durability and flexibility. It provides several physical and chemical property combinations for demanding applications.
TPU has properties between the characteristics of plastic and rubber. Thanks to its thermoplastic nature, it has several benefits over other elastomer are unable to match, such as:
excellent tensile strength,
high elongation at break, and
good load bearing capacity
And to support customer to finish their prototype, the wire was made with very low MOQ 200m,the customer was so satisfied with it. Also we were joyful to help our customer.
